The TÖYAK® assessment combines document review with on-site observation; it prioritizes findings on an evidence-based approach and produces an actionable improvement prescription through an 8-step process.
The TÖYAK® assessment is not a one-time audit. It is an 8-step methodology designed to understand the performance of a facility or business, reveal its losses, and build a sustainable improvement roadmap.
The first half of the process focuses on data collection and status assessment: scope definition, document and data review, on-site assessment. During this stage, findings are collected raw; no interpretation is added.
The second half focuses on analysis and action generation: risk and performance analysis, prioritization, improvement prescription, reporting. Here findings are ranked by importance, root causes are identified and concrete solutions are written.
The final step, verification and monitoring, is optional. Implemented improvements are verified, performance progress is measured and the prescription is updated if needed. Thus the assessment stops being a one-off report; it becomes continuous improvement.
The output of each step is the input of the next. Document review cannot begin before scope is defined; on-site assessment cannot begin before document review; risk analysis cannot be conducted before on-site work. This sequence ensures the repeatability and comparability of the TÖYAK® methodology.
Each step forms the foundation of the next; no step is skipped.
The areas to be assessed, the facility/business type, and priorities are clarified. This step defines the focus and boundaries of the process.
Existing procedures, records, contracts and performance data are reviewed. The formal framework of the documented system is extracted.
Documentation is compared with on-site application. Observations and interviews with process operators are conducted.
Findings are evaluated in terms of importance, impact and probability. Root cause analysis is performed.
Critical, important and standard findings are separated. It becomes clear which finding should be addressed first.
Actionable recommendations, responsible parties and timeframes are created for each priority finding.
Current state, risks, priorities and the TÖYAK® performance score are reported. The maturity level is determined.
Implemented improvements are verified, progress is monitored and the prescription is updated if needed.
Your facility's current performance is revealed in a measurable and comparable way.
It is clear which risks should be addressed first; resources are allocated consciously.
Not abstract recommendations; actions with assigned responsibility and timeframe, ready to be applied in the field.
