TÖYAK® evaluates not only physical facilities but also the management and operational structures of businesses. The goal is to reveal how processes actually operate, where losses are generated, and where improvement areas lie.
A business's success is measured by how defined, how monitorable and how improvable its processes are.
Business performance assessment aims to independently measure a company's management systems, process maturity, operational efficiency and cost structure. The goal is not only to answer "is it good or bad"; it is to identify, with concrete steps, which process generates loss where, and how that loss can be eliminated.
The TÖYAK® methodology addresses six core areas together in this assessment: management and governance, process maturity, operational efficiency, risk management, cost and resource utilization, performance monitoring.
At the end of the assessment, the business's current performance becomes a measurable score. Using the same scale, different periods can be compared; progress can be tracked over time. This allows management to base resource allocation decisions on objective data.
The process is conducted through document review, on-site observation, employee interviews and data analysis. Findings are ranked by importance; root causes and actionable recommendations are prepared for each finding.
Six core areas are examined together in business assessment.
Decision-making mechanisms, delegation of authority, organizational structure and management systems.
The level of process definition, consistency of application, and improvement capability.
Resource utilization, efficiency indicators, bottlenecks and process speed.
Identification, prioritization and mitigation of internal and external risks.
Transparency of cost structure, detection of unnecessary expenses and resource optimization.
KPIs, reporting mechanisms, and data-driven decision-making capacity.
