TÖYAK® positions the assessed structure on a five-level maturity scale. The rating result classifies the facility by criteria such as size, complexity, financial structure and personnel count. This makes the situation understandable and comparable.
Rating is the process of making a facility's or business's current performance level measurable and comparable. The goal is not only to show today's state, but also to produce a score that can be tracked over time and benchmarked across facilities.
With this score, management clearly sees which areas are strong and which are weak. It also creates a transparent reference point in investor, audit and stakeholder processes.
The TÖYAK® five-level maturity scale consists of the stages Initial, Developing, Controlled, Advanced and Excellence. Each level defines the facility's systemization, data utilization and continuous improvement capacity.
Rating classification is performed not only by the size of the facility, but also by dynamic criteria such as complexity, financial structure, personnel count and technical infrastructure. This allows facilities of similar scale to be compared fairly.
