No. Livista360 is an independent assessment, rating and certification company based in Türkiye and grounded in the TÖYAK methodology. It has no organic, commercial or legal connection with the real estate platform operating under the same name in India.
TÖYAK® (Facility Scaling, Management and Analysis Criteria) is a methodology developed by Livista360 to independently assess the management, operations, risk and performance structures of facilities and businesses.
It is suitable for residential complexes, mixed-use projects, commercial facilities, industrial facilities, factories, healthcare and education buildings, and all businesses aiming to improve their management and operational processes.
Depending on the size and scope of the facility, the assessment duration ranges from 2 to 6 weeks. A clear timeline is shared during the scope definition phase.
Assessment is the measurement of current performance and maturity level. At the end of the assessment, the facility's or business's level on the TÖYAK® scale is determined. Rating classifies the facility into specific classes based on size, complexity, financial structure and personnel count. Certification is the independent verification that predefined requirements have been met and the issuance of a certificate. Certification decisions are made through a mechanism separate from the assessment process. This separation is fundamental to preserving impartiality.
The TÖYAK® certification system is in preparation. Its launch will be announced once the structure is complete.

TÖYAK® does not provide a guaranteed savings percentage or result guarantee. Its purpose is to objectively measure the current state, prioritize risks and provide an actionable improvement roadmap. The result depends on the organization's success in implementing the recommended improvement prescriptions.
