TÖYAK® Training

TÖYAK® training programs aim not only to develop the methodology but also to ensure that it is correctly applied and audited in the field. Two main training tracks are planned: assessor training and certifier training.

Assessor training prepares professionals who will assess facilities and businesses against TÖYAK® standards. The program consists of theoretical training, on-site practice and a competence exam. Participants learn how to apply the five core pillars of TÖYAK®, its five-dimensional assessment, 21 process groups and nearly 600 dynamic questions.

Certifier training, on the other hand, prepares certification bodies authorized to issue the TÖYAK® Maturity Certificate. The program covers certification processes, independence principles, surveillance mechanisms and decision-making criteria. The principle that certification bodies operate separately from assessment bodies is at the core of this program.

Both training programs are competence-oriented. Participants not only receive information; they learn how to apply it in the field, how to evaluate which findings, and how to operate the decision mechanisms.
